Overview
Galactic Warheads is a Lemon Cherry Gelato-derived cultivar built around the brighter, sharper side of modern candy genetics.
The profile starts with sour citrus and sweet cherry, followed by berry fruit and creamy Gelato notes before finishing with a deeper layer of gas and earth. Compared with a softer dessert-style LCG expression, Galactic Warheads pushes the profile toward something more vivid and tart.
Think sour candy first, creamy Gelato second, gas on the finish.
Aroma & Flavor Profile
Galactic Warheads opens with a bright combination of lemon citrus, tart candy, and cherry fruit.
Behind the sharper top notes sit softer berry and cream, giving the profile enough sweetness to balance the initial sour character. The finish develops into the earthy, slightly gassy depth associated with the broader Gelato family.
The progression is:
Sour Citrus → Cherry Candy → Berry → Cream → Gas
That contrast between tart fruit and creamy gas is what gives the cultivar its identity.
Genetics & Cultivar Character
Galactic Warheads comes from the broader Lemon Cherry Gelato family, preserving the cherry, citrus, cream, and gas that make LCG such a recognizable modern cultivar.
This expression emphasizes the brighter and more acidic side of the profile, pulling sour citrus and candy notes forward while keeping the creamy Gelato backbone intact.
The result feels familiar enough for customers who already enjoy LCG genetics, but distinct enough to stand apart from the softer, sweeter expressions common in the category.
Extract Type & Finish
Galactic Warheads is produced as a full spectrum THCa Live Resin, preserving the cultivar's aromatic range rather than reducing the extract to a neutral cannabinoid profile.
The live resin format is particularly well suited to the cultivar because it allows the brighter citrus and candy notes to remain prominent alongside the heavier cream and gas underneath.
Batch texture may vary, but the target remains the same: bright terpene expression, sweet-sour fruit, and a full Gelato-style finish.
Effects & Experience
Galactic Warheads is positioned as a balanced modern hybrid, with an initially bright, upbeat character followed by a smoother and more relaxed finish.
The combination makes it a natural fit for customers who enjoy flavorful hybrid concentrates without wanting an experience that feels strongly one-directional.
Individual response varies depending on tolerance, amount used, and setting.
Why It Stands Out
Galactic Warheads takes the familiar Lemon Cherry Gelato profile and pushes it toward a more aggressive sour-candy identity.
It combines:
Tart lemon citrus
Sweet cherry and berry fruit
Sour candy intensity
Creamy Gelato depth
A deeper gas finish
That gives it a clear place in the live resin lineup: sharper and more tart than Double Gelato, while still retaining the creamy fruit-and-gas foundation customers expect from modern Gelato genetics.
Usage
Best suited for experienced concentrate users looking for a bright, sour-candy live resin with creamy Gelato depth and a gassy finish.
Because live resin is highly concentrated, begin with a small amount and adjust gradually according to individual preference and tolerance.
